SWING PDF Converter for Notes exports IBM Lotus Notes emails, documents and databases to PDF+XML. The tool introduces greatly simplified email and document export and archiving capabilities to IBM Notes/Domino. It adds the PDF icon to the Lotus Notes toolbar, which lets users convert one or more Notes emails or documents. Domino Administrators can archive entire databases or particular views/folders without user intervention. LotusScript API is provided for application developers. Any collection of Lotus Notes emails or documents (e.g. project-related or case-related emails/documents) can be exported into either individual PDF (or PDF/A) files, or merged into a PDF binder with the navigation tree, or saved as compact, searchable PDF Package. Domino Administrators may need to archive entire databases or particular views/folders across multiple databases without user intervention. For instance, a conversion job can be configured to extract emails from specific folders.
