Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Been using Rocketseed for 5 years now, for 5 locations. I really liked how easy and user friendly the interface was. It was super easy to train any new hires and very intuitive to use, no one has to have any special skill set to use it (except maybe graphic design if you want to send a fully designed email). It's pretty clean and uncluttered too, so you aren't lost trying to find your way around the analytics etc. It made it really easy that we could create a basic template that worked for us and just swap out imagery as needed. Everything is very customizable, from the emails you want to send, to the footers, the sender, the reply, and the analytics are pretty robust. I can't imagine you won't be able to find what you need in there. Also offers split testing of subject lines which helped us quite a bit. Oh and customer service is responsive, you will usually just deal with the same person and they always respond fast. Also offers audience segmentation, and is super easy to upload new emails by simply importing a spreadsheet, so if your business collects emails say, through wifi sign up, it's pretty simple just to drop them into the database. The ability to have all employees have a unified email signature has been very helpful. The email signatures and banners drive a lot of traffic to our website and to our event registration pages. Our Customer Success Manager and the Client Services team are very responsive. I love our company signatures, we have a lot of traffic going to our website from our signature links. I love the tracking report that comes to my email weekly. I also think Rocketseed has the best customer service, whenever I need help they are right on top of everything. I highly recommend Rocketseed! My Customer Account Manager has been super responsive, helpful, timely, and available all the time. She has always responded very quickly to my questions and was more than willing to set up a call to introduce herself and explain the features of my company's account with Rocketseed. We’ve been very happy with the uniform look of all our signatures since partnering with Rocketseed a few years ago. Everyone on my team has a nice clean signature regardless of what device they are using to send emails. Excellent customer service and quick response times when we have a new team member or change to a signature. I also like that the customer cannot tell if I’m responding from my computer sitting in the office or from my phone on vacation, email and signatures are identical. Cons There really wasn't anything I had an issue with. I think it beats out most email tools, especially if you are worried about your emails having a nice aesthetic. Not really a con, but I would prefer the ability create email signatures myself. The setup of signature templates isn't as user friendly as I'd like to see it. There hasn't been anything I dislike so far. The only thing I wish I had the ability to do is to edit the links/design of the signature and update/change contact information for employees. Really no complaints. It was a great integration and everyone on our team is happy with it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I love about this software is the level of customizability that you have when building out marketing emails and how easy it is to test these emails by sending test emails or checking out the pre test flights. I am used to coding my own emails so I like that there is an option to either drop in your own code or use a template. The templates are very simple but they work across a variety of different email clients. I also like that I can manage both my email campaigns and social media out of one location. Ability to track and provide reports. Integrates with SalesForce. Tracks social and web clicks. Responsive team. No coding hassle, simple drag and drop marketing solution. I can watch user analytics about clicks and campaign activity. Best for small and mid enterprises business. Scheduling if emails are a great addition. Cons The only thing about this software I would improve is that on the HTML side everything is created within nested tables, which I do not prefer and leads to small hiccup errors. Emfluence does not have very detailed reporting features; they will work for most everyone, but for my company, it requires a lot of editing. Takes some time to get acquainted with user interface and understand where functions are located. I never encountered any problem with this platform.
