Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As someone who works in a company and regularly uses email marketing software, I can confidently say that Robly has been an exceptional addition to our toolkit. The platform's user-friendly interface has made it incredibly easy for me to design, send, and track email campaigns. With the drag-and-drop editor, I can customize my emails with different elements, colors, and fonts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. One of the key advantages of Robly is its comprehensive dashboard that shows me the key metrics of my campaigns. With the ability to track open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and revenue, I can easily analyze the performance of my emails and adjust my strategy accordingly. This level of detail is invaluable in ensuring that we are meeting our targets and generating the desired ROI. However, what truly sets Robly apart from other email marketing software are its unique features. The OpenGen feature has been particularly effective in increasing engagement with our subscribers. This feature automatically resends emails to non-openers with a different subject line, increasing the chances of getting their attention. This has resulted in a significant increase in open rates, which has translated into higher revenue for our company. Another standout feature is the Robly AI feature, which analyzes the behavior of our subscribers and sends our emails at the best time for each individual, maximizing the open rate. This feature has been particularly helpful in ensuring that our emails are delivered when our subscribers are most likely to engage with them, resulting in higher open and click-through rates. The Exit-Intent Pop-Up feature has also been a valuable addition to our email marketing strategy. This feature helps us capture new sign-ups for our newsletters when visitors are about to leave our website. This has helped us grow our email list, expand our reach, and engage with a wider audience. In addition to its powerful features, Robly also has excellent customer service and support. Whenever I have a question or an issue, I can contact their representatives via phone, email, or chat. They are always responsive, helpful, and friendly. They also provide useful advice and tips on how to improve our email marketing strategy, which has been invaluable in helping us achieve our goals. Robly is a very powerful platform that focuses on the creation and distribution of various advertising campaigns, one of the main things that I like about this platform is the wide variety of dishes that you have available when creating a new campaign, this platform provides you with more than 100 pre-designed templates so that you can insert them into each of the campaigns you have created, these templates have an optimal design, a unique design that you will only find within this platform, in addition, each customizable template and you will be able to insert all the information you want within the campaign. Another of the things that I like within this platform is that you can simultaneously send the campaigns to your social networks and at the same time send them by email, that is very useful for companies that have to send campaigns from different methods, in this way This way you can keep your social networks active by sending campaigns simultaneously with emails. Finally, I love that you can track each of the campaigns sent in real time, you can know in real time the number of people who have subscribed to your campaigns, as well as you can know in real time the number of people who they have not yet accessed the campaign you have sent them. º I have a delivery scheduler that allows me to configure when I want a campaign or any other type of mail to be sent. So I don't have to worry because I only leave everything prepared in advance and this platform takes care of sending it to the different selected contacts on the date and time selected in advance, making all this more comfortable and easy. º It allows me to easily monitor in real time all the campaigns that are sent through this platform. It is very comfortable how it shows the tracked data such as the bounce rate, the opening, if they went to the spam folder or were simply ignored. It is very useful to have this data as I can see where I am failing and improve my email marketing. º I like that it can be perfectly integrated with multiple platforms in a way that I don't have to leave Robly to pass on information, without the simple fact of being connected that I can already have said information. With the integrations I can say that it connects very well as are the CRM and social media platforms, this allows me to take marketing beyond just Robly. Another integration that Robly does is with e-commerce platforms, I don't use anything in that aspect, but I can say that its integration is very good in that aspect. º I can have a contact manager to be able to group them and thus be able to send different emails to different groups of contacts who have subscribed to receive emails from my company and be aware of new properties or offers that my company offers. It is useful and practical that you can do everything by groups of contacts so you don't have to make entries manually or send emails one by one when it comes to the same content. º The technical support was very clear with the help since in the implementation process I had several problems with this platform, but I can say that I had a great experience when it came to obtaining answers and solutions to all my doubts and inconveniences that I had presenting. For this reason, Maramí is the best platform with the best customer service that I could have had all the time. Robly is a fantastic way to create all kinds of advertising campaigns and manage them at all times, the capacity that this platform generates to create large-scale advertising campaigns is impressive, in addition, you can manage several campaigns simultaneously, managing the number of clients potential you get in each of them. The main feature that I like about this platform is the great variety of dishes that you have when designing a campaign, there are many templates, of all kinds and for all kinds of topics, therefore, getting a template that is to give you the information that the campaign is inserting will never be a problem, also, if you need more designed templates or with a much more optimized design, you can always buy additional templates in the store. The second feature that I like about this platform is that you can transfer all the leads to your CRM system in an automated way. Each one of the leads that you generate with the advertising campaigns can be transferred to the CRM system immediately; it just needs to be configured correctly for this to happen. The third feature that I would like to be on the platform is that you can create advertising campaigns with a drag and drop system, you no longer have to use any programming system to be able to create campaigns from scratch, against only this subtract and drop system you will be able to create campaigns enter just a few minutes, that goes a long way in saving time and money. Me too, I like the way this platform integrates easily with our social networks, in this way we can send an advertising campaign to make social again with just a simple button. * It has an excellent integration with all social networks, Such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, these integrations help to send all the campaigns with just one button, when sending the campaigns I can select the social networks in which I want to publish this campaign, in addition, you can also simultaneously send these campaigns via email to all contacts or registered customers. * It is excellent the way in which I can see in real time the traffic generated by each advertising campaign, in addition, the traffic is not counted in a general way, but I can view each of the campaigns individually, I can know how many audience is obtained in each campaign. * The general interface quite simple to use and really comfortable, in addition, to generate all kinds of reports is a fairly simple process, against just selecting a button a report will be generated on the date you have placed, in addition, that report fully downloaded or transferable to cloud storage. * The free trial of this platform gives you unlimited access for 14 days, so you can use each of the general functions to generate all kinds of campaigns, this will help you brand the platform and understand its features. Cons As someone who has been using Robly for email marketing, I have to say that there are a few notable disadvantages to the platform. One of the main drawbacks is that Robly does not offer a free version or a free trial. The pricing starts at $19 per month for up to 500 contacts and goes up to $92 per month for up to 5k contacts. For larger lists, the pricing is customized based on the number of contacts and features. Compared to some of its competitors, such as Mailchimp or MailerLite, Robly is more expensive and less flexible in terms of pricing plans. This can be a significant barrier for small businesses or individuals who are just starting out and need a more affordable option. Another major disadvantage of Robly is its limited selection of email templates. The templates are mostly basic and generic, and they do not cover a wide range of industries or occasions. As someone who has been designing email campaigns for different industries, I often find myself having to create my own templates from scratch or modify the existing ones to suit my needs. I wish Robly had more pre-built options that are more professional and attractive. This could save me a lot of time and effort and help me create more engaging and effective emails. Robly has limited integrations with other platforms or tools. While it does integrate with a few popular services, such as WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, Zapier, and Stripe, it does not integrate with some of the platforms that I use regularly, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or HubSpot. This limits my ability to sync my data and automate my workflows across different channels. It also means that I have to manually transfer data between different platforms, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. While Robly has some strengths, such as its user-friendly interface, comprehensive dashboard, and unique features, it also has some notable weaknesses. The lack of a free version or trial, limited selection of email templates, and limited integrations with other platforms or tools can make it less appealing and less flexible than some of its competitors. Before choosing Robly as your email marketing software, it's important to carefully consider these factors and determine whether they are deal-breakers for your business or not. I have never really had any problems with this platform, since I started using it I have noticed circumstantial changes in the management of the company's advertising campaign, as well as changes within the administration of our company's marketing system. At no time have I presented any type of failure, this platform has behaved to the measure and has provided us with an excellent marketing system to expand each of our campaigns to all our registered clients. I hope that this platform continues to behave in this way, without any type of failure as it currently occurs, our company is totally grateful for the results obtained so far, the operation without any type of failure has surprised us. º There is no way to use a free version, this is bad for small businesses that want to experiment with email marketing. So if you want to test the functionalities of this platform, you can take advantage of the 14-day trial. However, I can't guarantee the scope of the marketing that can be obtained with so few days of sample for Robly. They could offer a more basic plan that allows small businesses to be able to adapt, understand and experiment with this platform before purchasing a plan that does things like email marketers. º Improve the loss tracking of emails that go to the spam folder, since I have noticed through the tests that I have done some emails are not notified when they are diverted because they are automatically marked as spam. This is annoying since we have to have counters that mark with the truth and certainty of how many emails were rejected in order to improve email marketing. º Robly has an anti-care interface that despite having received updates with its design, I can say that the UX is very bad compared to other email marketing platforms. This is inconvenient for me since it's complicated or confusing to get into certain functions since I have to make many clicks to get to the function I want, so I would like them to focus more with the UI for more comfort and practicality. º The text editor is a bit awkward at times since the menu that appears when I want to edit the characteristics of the text is placed on top of the text that I am writing/editing. This is annoying to be able to visualize the content of the text and its design since I would prefer it to come out to the side or above the text box to make it more comfortable to edit it and make the process easier. º Templates are limited and scarce, it seems that Robly's team did not put effort in that section. It is extremely disappointing not being able to take advantage of all the features of the editor as there are no templates to guide me through how it all works to speed up the learning process of the editor. One of the main features that needs to be improved within this platform is regarding the form creation system, this platform offers a form creation system which is not to my liking, the forms are quite basic, moreover, there is no great variety of templates to use as it happens within the campaign creation system, therefore, creating forms within this platform is quite limited and it is really recommended to use other platforms that are much more reliable alternatives. In addition, this platform also offers a survey creation system, I do not recommend it in its entirety, since the survey is also quite basic and it does not allow removing the watermark of this company within each survey, so it would turn out to be a bit uncomfortable to generate surveys within this platform. I really recommend that this platform optimize the survey and form creation system, it only recommends it to be used within the creation of advertising campaigns, since it is its strong point and it develops very well. One of the main problems that I have faced about this platform is that not all the campaign that it carried out enters the main inbox of our clients, on some occasions we have sent it enters the spam folder, causing clients not to realize to her out of suspicion or fear, to counteract Hector we send a reminder of the campaign to all our clients a few days later, these reminders are always in the main inbox, so we have been able to have a really good benefit in sending the campaigns, no matter what in some in the spam folder.
