Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy communication methods, tenants love the portal, and it makes document management, maintenance, and alerts WAY WAY easier Cons Would be great to have some accounting software and looking forward to when they add the rent verification feature that checks with my bank that I got paid (I know it's coming - fingers crossed)
