Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ravetree is next-level when it comes to an all-in-one project management solution. They have the best table views I've seen with a ton of column options, including financials. Ravetree also has the best time tracking features we've ever used. And, their customer support is really good. They always respond promptly. It has agile project management ability. The user interface is super clean and easy to navigate. Multiple teams can stay and collaboratively work on tasks. Project forecasting and tracking perform excellently. Separate time tracking of every onboard individual. Ravetree is very easy to implement and onboard. The user interface is fantastic. On the positive side, it's powerful, easy to organize tasks, great task planning, and provides high-level project visualizations. Ravetree really helped my coworkers to stay on the same page. It makes a breeze to manage teams and collaboration. The features of project management always help my team to stay on top of it. It unified's our communication. Ravetree assists to enhance work capacity across every remote employee. It offers work class all-round work, projects, tasks, teams, and product management without any restrictions. It's easy to start, with no complexity or difficulty in usage. The spreadsheet project view was the best thing. Cons I wish they had a Salesforce integration. I guess they don't because their platform includes a built-in CRM. Assigning tasks on Ravetree is really painful. Every time I need to manually search and share tasks with members. Customizations on the dashboard are very limited. Reporting and resource managers are not great. Cons It does not have an optimal tool to plan events and prioritize the time to complete tasks, having this would be essential for the correct fulfillment of the times of each project. It would be ideal to have the option of creating a Gantt chart to be able to visualize all the projects in a unified way, this would give us the possibility of centralizing the data and making a complete tour of all our work. For now, we are waiting for Wimi updates, and we are open to the possibility of improving certain functions that allow us to make the platform more intuitive, open to the possibility of expanding our task management capabilities. Until now, the platform has been just what we were looking for a correct integration of the team in various work environments. Not really, everyone loved this tool. No cons.
