First top up may take up to 3 days to be processed	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is easy to use; customer service responds usually within a day (10-hour time difference); bugs fixed in a timely manner. Cons One downside was lack of documentation for what should be simple tasks, which is likely to improve given the response received when I needed help. First-time mailings require human QA from Inwise. Had to wait a day (due to business hours and different time zones) to get my first newsletter out.
