Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This software is so easy to use at a fraction of the competitors cost. It get's the job done in a fraction of the time it takes to do manually. Cons It took a little time getting everything set up but that is to be expected with new software.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Velocity in adding tickets, an easy way to integrate all the information from previous sales into your accountability reports and expenses. Administrators can test it out with drag and drop ease, team support, and of course the API for OCR scanning with machine learning, so results get better. Our users could also send their receipts to VeryFi (white-label email solution). So easy to scan and organize receipts, expenses for business and personal, easy to categorize. Can scan or send from email. This app is easy to use, efficient for my roofing business' processes, and all around just a great app. I'm not good at leaving reviews but I am good at telling the truth and thats the app is great for business. The app has a brilliant ocr, it’s accurate and very easy to capture your receipts. The app tells you when an invoice is unclear. There is no limit to how you can manipulate your data, the greatest plus point is that it can be tailored to your own needs. You have the ability to add your clients and your projects, which has converted my accountant to use the app as well. For the ease of use, the look, the feel and functionality, I would give these guys fifteen stars if I could. If you were looking for an app that makes data capturing easier than taking a photo, look no further, this is the best app I have had the pleasure to use! Cons It takes time to understand rules and to create ones, as in every new thing. It is still difficult to copy data into Excel as it is not prepared as an easy step. For the API they expect an annual contract, but as a startup we prefer a pay as you go model. Only con is the cost. But still worth it for the time saved. Nothing. I love everything about this app. It is the best. It’s been very good so far, it might have a glitch or two when you are too hasty and then you take too many pictures at once, and it then resets itself. Other than that, it does what YOU need it to, it’s easy to understand and it’s easy to use.
