InvoiceParser Pro is accounts-payable automation for freight and logistics: carriers, brokers, clearing and forwarding agents, and the accounting teams that work their books. Upload supplier and carrier invoices as PDFs, scans or phone photos, or email them in. IPP reads every line (description, quantity, unit price, tax, line total), not just the header totals, then checks the arithmetic before anything reaches your books: lines must add up to the subtotal, and subtotal plus charges and VAT must equal the printed total. Built for cross-border paperwork in USD, ZAR, NAD, EUR, GBP and ZMW, with amounts kept in the currency issued. Duplicates are caught against the past year of invoices, supplier statements are held so they're never paid as bills, and every document gets a High, Medium or Low confidence grade. Approvals, roles and a full audit trail come before anything is pushed to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books.
