	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. When the sync with the scheduling system is working the product works as advertised. The software was alright, not the best certainly. It did automate our appointment confirmation process as advertised. Works decent for text and appointment reminders for patients in healthcare offices. Integrates well too. Cons They over promise and ...underdeliver. of should i say- don't deliver. They skip meetings that they bill for and don't help at all. The sync with your scheduling system is always down and it consumes endless amounts of time to restore it. During the time when the sync is down patients are not receiving their reminders. This results in fewer patients showing up and loss of revenue. The support techs only know basic elements of IT and are in way over their head. They can't understand what the problems are and therefore don't know how to resolve them. The user interface was daunting, especially for our team members who did not grow up in the digital age. I hate the outdated platform and is not super easy to use.
