Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Our team loves Pronto! Its been great to have one place where everyone has contact with each other - which eliminates the need to constantly distribute updated phone number lists, etc. The ability to create specific groups is also convenient for various departments and group discussions that don't need to involve the entire company. My team loves the GIF and emoji's - keeps conversations fun! Super easy to communicate with teams and company wide. There's tons of features which make communication easy whether it’s a meeting or sharing docs. Fantastic sales engagement. We were coming from a place where our sales leaders were trying to broadcast messages widely and still control the interaction (i.e. who can DM who). We had a mixture of sms based systems that did not provide great transparency into who was participating. We love the ease of use, everything is very self-explanatory, no need for training. Also the ability to create many groups, see who has read the messages, share files, etc. All of Pronto is amazing! Cons The only thing we don't like is that incoming or new employees, can't see announcements that were posted previously. We love the announcements features but wish there was maybe a "bulletin" where permanent announcements can be viewed for all time and eternity by anyone no matter when they join our company. Some of the features like video chat don’t function well when you exceed a certain number of users. They come from an educational background, so we had to show them the sales use cases. They picked it quickly. My ONE complaint is that it doesn’t hide the text of my chats when the notification pops up on my screen. If I am sharing my screen with someone and someone else sends me something sensitive, everyone gets to read that message.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With Spike, conventional email is transformed into a chat-like conversational style. Users accustomed to messaging applications will find this method easier to use and more natural when it comes to email conversation. Spike provides us with an environment that facilitates interaction with third parties in different ways, whether by calls, messaging, e-mail, etc. Its platform is intuitive and straightforward; it is pretty easy to understand how it works and to take advantage of its many communicative and collaborative benefits for the benefit of work teams. Spike is an interesting email client which transform your old boring email window to interesting communication interface. It offer amazing collaborative capability which make it it perfect candidate of client with exceptionally useful extra feature contributing to higher conversion. #1- Spike is also supported on mobile platforms. #2- Inbound and outbound emails converted into easy chat interface. #3- Task tracking and organizing are very convenient. #4- Team collaboration is great with its realtime chat. New way to start chatting without sharing your mobile number, so it helps if you have privacy concerns. It has all of the feature that typical email apps have. Also integrated with voice and video calling. Cons Although Spike offers a mobile app for access while on the move, some users have noted that it occasionally has less functionality than the web version. It is multiplatform, but its application for mobile devices is not as optimal as the computer one; some functions cannot be used. Spike offers many add-on features with no extra cost involved. It's a great tool for email with collaboration. No Cons. #1- We had an overall positive experience with Spike. Till now I didn't faced any serious problems with this tool.
