I love how responsive this software is to all new users, offering a basic plan at no extra cost and a 30-day free trial plan. - Another thing that I like about this platform is that it has a view in the main panel in which you can monitor progress graphically and with the help of diagrams, it has a Gantt chart system, in which you can see predictive analysis and you can know the productivity trend that your work team is having, I love the number of graphs that I don't know if this platform in the main panel with the payment plans, in this way I can have a broad visualization of the progress that we are having in all this labor sector. - I love the way in which I can measure the work time for each activity, because in this way I can prioritize activities and I can set a time limit for each one, within this platform various tasks or activities are developed for each employee individually, so we assign time limits to carry out each activity, the management of work time is one of the best things about this platform. - You can enter or import all kinds of documents to the platform, these documents or notes can be attached to any of the activities that you have previously programmed, either to add instructions to complete the activity or for the support material to complete this task. Access to this material or the uploaded or attached document will be accessible to all employees incorporated into a specific work team. In our company, we carry out projects on a monthly basis, since our main objective is to improve more and more and optimize the services we offer. We are a real estate company, and carrying out the project we need is essential for us, this platform has given us the right tools to develop short and long-term projects, such as property construction, property remodeling and property auctions. Another of the things that I loved about this platform is that it helped me and provided me with the necessary tools to calculate the necessary budgets for each project, it is no secret to anyone that all the projects that are carried out have high costs, and this platform gave me a tool to control those expenses, It automatically eliminated duplicate expenses, in order to create a solid budget, It also helped me control the materials that will be used for each project, in order to provide them to my employees autonomously. The management of our projects is a primary factor for us, it is very important to manage the projects carefully. What I like most about ProjectManager is that it has a separate reporting system, you can see exactly the statistics of work and support in the projects that a specific employee has had, in addition, these reports also show the behavior or improvement that has been having an employee. I also like the excellent timer system that it has, this system has allowed me to keep an exact account of the time it took an employee to complete one of the assignments, and I can add a time limit for each assignment with this function, a time limit for that the employee completes the task in the indicated time. Finally, the alert system is really good, when we make new assignments instant alerts are sent to our employees so they can complete them on time. ProjectManager.com is an extremely effective manager and collaboration tool for projects and teams respectively. The third negative thing about this platform is that it does not have an alert system that notifies me when an employee has started to carry out an activity or when an employee has been inactive for a long time in the preparation or complication of the assigned activities, in order to to know if an employee has been inactive, I have to manually confirm it. During our experience with this platform, I admit that we have had greater productivity in our company and especially in our sector, we have managed to create a fairly automated workflow where we can manage work time. However, during this experience we have also experienced some negative things that we would like to see optimized on this platform, such as: - We currently use the Enterprise plan within our company and within our sales sector, this is a fairly cheap plan that helps us save a lot of money on our subscription, however my negative opinion about the plans of this platform is that It has quite an expensive rate for the Business plan, Obviously you can try this plan during the 30 day free trial period, but the rate is extremely high per user, so it would be much more profitable to get the Enterprise plan, which allows you to access to discounts depending on the number of subscriptions you get, in my personal opinion, this platform should improve the rate of their plans. - Currently, there is a synchronization time between devices within this platform, I have tried to manage some tasks and activities within the version for computers, and these have taken approximately five minutes to appear in the application of my mobile device. I have also noticed that the application of my mobile device does not offer me real-time monitoring of the activities that are being developed, it takes a couple of minutes to update the current status of each of the activities, it cannot be monitored in real time since the mobile version, this is a total disappointment. ProjectManager has behaved wonderfully in our business sector, it has not caused any kind of problems and we have liked a lot of its features. I do not have any negative point to mention about ProjectManager, it is currently our main software to generate all kinds of projects and control various work assignments, I am very grateful for having such a great performance in our company and for allowing us to have a wide control of projects.
