Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - It provides detailed insights and run smooth in every scenario. - It is quite transparent, and it has been a major contributor of the productivity increment in our team. - The support team is responsive and quick in solving problems. The detailing of the data is brilliant. Excellent after-sales support. Friendly and Quite Simple User Interface Helps both In-office and WFH scenarios. - Time tracking tool is quite great, it provides with the best solutions. - The tool enables tracking the time spent by employees productively with the help of various features. - With the help of productivity tools like workload analysis, we can easily check and improve our work load. - It enables transparency to drive efficiencies and productivity within the teams especially during WFH scenarios. I really like the variety of reports that ProHance provides. This really helps in deep diving into the entire work shift of the users and makes it easy for the manager to monitor and distribute the work to the user. Also, It triggered comprehensive reports, a Real-time dashboard, and a Customer support team. I love this tool - it is great for my team and we love using it every day of work. It has increased our business productivity! Cons - The tool works efficiently and improves productivity. There has not been any con faced by me or any of my team members while using ProHance. Can be perceived as a tool that might give some organization's a perception of closely monitoring their employees or tracking their activity and doubting their work ethics at times. (Which is not the scenario since the tool offers a lot more). - User interface needs constant training to function smoothly. The user interface could be improved. Rest I believe everything works well for us. Never had any issues with this tool - when we do experience any bugs they are quickly fixed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
