Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use on both the back end and on the iPads for my reps. Simple to updated items and load new products. The reports give us the information we require It saves time. There are no error warnings. Easy to filter and make the order specifically. Easy to make the billing with the client. The application is easy to apply and not complicated. Increases performance, good for sales promotion Nice app for reps!! Excellent app! What I liked about Pepperi's app: easy to use, intuitive, uncomplicated. Helps improve performance - The product is solid overall. - The customer service is amazing. Everything is handled in a quick manner, with nothing being too difficult. - Local customer service, meaning we don't have to wait for service centres to open in other timezones. - 99% of the time I get the same customer support agent. This is great as he knows our system well, how our business runs and doesn't hesitate to call or jump on a zoom if required. - Onboarding was a nice experience. Integration can take time, however, the Pepperi team ensured it was done correctly, with complete clarity along the way. - A great app for our sales reps to use on the road. - They provide recommendations about how we can provide a better UX. Cons Would prefer more consultation before changes are implemented but all in all cant complain What I like less is that the system has to interface with another system and sometimes there is a lack of communication But Pepper's service team knows how to answer as soon as possible and give a very appropriate, convenient and fast response. I didn't find anything I liked less... Some technical knowledge is required to use What I liked least about the app is that the back office is sometimes slow. - We rarely go a month without requiring assistance for a system issue. Although it's always dealt with quickly, it can be a little frustrating.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
