	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Love the ease of use and the ability to embed the product into our site. The Team is always available and goes above & beyond to make sure we are set up and ready to go! Ease of use - the PurplePass system is easy to use and can allow you to do just about anything you require for your performances. Accessibility to the PurplePass support staff - Our PurplePass representative, Gabe, has been there for us ANYTIME we have questions, concerns or need any type of support. He's answered questions at night and on the weekends, something I was NEVER able to get with our previous ticketing company. Adaptability for either Live Streaming or in-person performances - during 2020 the will we/won't we aspect of performances was constant and PurplePass was there for us the entire time we were attempting to plan our season. Ease of posting and tracking sales of events. Seamless check-in at events day of. Great customer service during the pandemic! Cons There is really nothing to complain about. The only issue that we ran into early on was phone orders. However, that's been solved. I've not encountered any cons in the last 1-2 years of using the system. Nothing to say here. They have been great to work with.
