Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros notifications are quick, the qr code system makes collecting parcels really easy, and i like being able to see how many parcels i’ve received. +Parcel Trackers customer service response times are excellent, when we have experienced problems we have seen responses within the hour and usually under 15 minutes. Always helpful and polite. +The setup and configuration from a systems admin perspective is intuitive with minimal setup required for new devices using the software or new users. +The app itself is easy to use and logical in the steps required to scan and document parcels, with extra functionality you can enable if you want to further manage, tag or otherwise categorise the parcel. +For more complex tasks like updating data feeds or other elements backend tasks also has strong support and technical guidance from their tech team. Easy to use and input information of a parcel with just a click of a photo and easy to edit should you need. Great app for convenient and time saving, secured with good record keeping, also easy to use, and well d, would recommend this app over and over, cause it makes my job more easier than before We like the idea the tool has given our organization of making the tracking of incoming mail easier. It's great to be able to tell if someone has mail through the app, which seems to be easy enough to maneuver. Cons the only issue i’ve had is that the Mail app on iphone can sometimes delay the notification a bit. an actual Parcel Tracker Mailroom app with instant notifications would be really nice. -Minor bugs or technical issues experienced with UI functions like light and dark mode causing navigational buttons to disappear in app when used on certain mobile devices. -If you have a large volume of customers pre-loaded into Parcel Tracker the auto recommend who the parcel belongs to feature can sometimes recommend not the exact right person but close name matches, which just requires some care when selecting to ensure the right recipient is chosen. Difficult to capture shots of multiple packages where they’re large and stacked. No cons, it's well managed and easy to understand We needed to purchase specific labels for our mil which doesn't come in with them. It's a bit time consuming to get all the mail we have checked in a piece at a time.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Couldn't find any 'PROS' so if less than one star is possible I would review at that level. Gave it almost 95 minutes and will not recommend or use again. Easy integration with Shopify. Creates black hole for packages. Destroys your hard work. Ruins business reputation. Nothing good to say about this company. They have not delivered on their promises so there are NO pros to lists here. They were great a few years ago, good price and reliable. There is nothing else nice that I can say. Cons 90 MINUTES TO GET TO MY FIRST SHIPPING - Software is a minefield - "no i'm not from Australia! - the US" A waste of time - password resets not working, chat is the dumbest AI - HOW can I help you? - Can't reset my password - using the password you sent me!" "How can I help you?" You have no choice but to save your payment info before checking out. Then they don't accept my Visa like 1,000 other merchants do. Tried and tried, PLUS re-weighing charges on top of weight charge if not right, then only $1.21 less than UPS. My 90 minutes is worth a lot more. Still trying to delete my CC information. Not recommended. Loses your packages. Doesn't get picked up. Not proactive in resolving delays. Always chasing them, which wastes my time. I've been waiting over a week for a delayed package. Their online tools are useless. No one should ever use this company when there are perfectly good options with the USPS or UPS/FedEx. I run an eBay store and over the last 5 weeks have had issues with at least 50% of my packages. Taking days to be collected, collected items not being scanned, items being collected but not scanned, items not moving through the system and being declared lost but compensation refused. They ignore all my correspondence, until I told them I was taking the complaint to the Postal Ombudsman. They have been running around me all day trying to fix things, but I told them they can deal with the Ombudsman. This unreliable service is damaging my eBay business. I will be contacting eBay to advise the issues. If you want to keep trying to support@sendle.com usually gets a response after 5 or 6 emails, but it does give you a paper trail. Reading these reviews, I'm glad to hear that it's not just my parcels.
