Excellent query & reporting feature. Great customer support. Cons It can be difficult to implement Oracle PeopleSoft, especially in larger companies with more complicated business procedures. A successful deployment requires adequate preparation and qualified resources. Steep learning curve. Interface & layout is not user friendly.
