Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is easy to enter payroll and new employee information. I like the editor function where I can customize reports. friendly for employees and they can easily access and update their own information. They are constantly making changes/updates and looking for ways to improve. It was a process to do our changeover, however, it was so less complicated as I thought it was going to be. I have enjoyed the change since March 2023. I love all of the helpful training resources Netchex provides as well as having all employee information in one place. Its easy to use, support is always there to help with any questions. I like how I can view each employee separate from each other. Super easy to use, great training videos, professional and helpful customer service, easy to connect. Cons There is nothing I can really say I don't like about the software. We have some issues with people not being able to use phones for clocking in and out. It was not a Netchex issue, it was operator error. I haven't found any cons or things I dislike yet. There are to many step just to process payroll. Set up was confusing. Nothing I can think of. Very satisfied with the product.
