	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -customizable -reliable -great coverage -Lots of capability to grow and expand with the company -Great workflow management PestBoss enable us to manage data from the field and share it with our customers. Field enabled features like service reports, monitoring and device inspection reduce the office load and allow us to work paperless (almost). Cons -none yet, we have had great customer service for any challenge that has come up The current version is old fashion, so glad version 5 is being deployed.
