It combines customer records, scheduling, dispatch, online booking, estimates, invoicing, payment links and double-entry accounting. Office teams manage recurring jobs, assign technicians, optimize routes, track field activity, and oversee service plans, reports, inventory and purchase orders. Technicians use a mobile field app for job details, checklists, photos, signatures, time tracking and payments, with offline work supported. Customers can approve estimates and deposits, pay invoices, and access service history and equipment records. The core software is offered without a monthly subscription for unlimited users; payment processing and optional services have separate fees.
