Mindcat Assets is an IT asset management system for organizations that need to assign and track devices, equipment, software licenses and employee records. IT teams can create an inventory, associate each asset or license seat with a named employee, collect acknowledgment signatures, and record assignment, return, warranty, purchase and renewal information. Employee self-service workflows support requests and acknowledgments, while HR and IT can use offboarding steps to review outstanding items and document asset returns. The product supports barcode and QR identification, transfers, approval workflows and reports for tracking inventory and upcoming renewals. It can connect to identity and device-management tools to import employee or device data. Hosting is available in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, as well as on a customer's own infrastructure. Mindcat Assets is intended for IT and HR teams managing company equipment and software entitlements through employee lifecycle events.

Software Renewal Timeline: Visually monitor all license and SaaS subscription renewal dates to manage contracts efficiently, prevent unnecessary renewals, and reduce spend. AED 5/user/month
Monthly pricing is per person with at least one asset or licence seat checked out: AED/SAR 5 for the first 100 people, then AED/SAR 3 for people 101–300, AED/SAR 2 for 301–1,000, and AED/SAR 1 above 1,000. Shared hosting has a AED/SAR 600 monthly minimum. One-time setup starts at AED/SAR 3,900 for up to 100 people; setup costs increase by band. Dedicated hosting is priced at twice the per-person rates; customer-cloud deployment is 0.75 times those rates, with a AED/SAR 1,999 monthly minimum for either option. Annual prepayment reduces recurring charges by 15%. Prices exclude applicable UAE and Saudi VAT; labels and printers are separate.
