		Pros from Real Users Pros It allows the team to work remotely but still be connected to our phone system. The analytics and features the software allows is remarkable. It ties into salesforce so you do not have to manually make notes of call times and duration. You can even set it up to record so making manual call notes can be a thing of the past. I believe this is possible, we are currently working on setting it up into salesforce so we have not enabled this feature yet. Works very well for whatever business model it answering setup you need. Lots of data and many options!! Recommended. Love how easy it is to forward a call, blind or not.
