Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great collaboration and communication features. It also makes it easy to communicate with any other email server It is very easy to use, and incase, you are stuck somewhere, they also have blogs detailing the entire encryption process. I have purchased the base plan for now, but I think I will stick to Mailfence service. The user friendly interface made setting up my account, a smooth experience. Mailfence offers a wide range of features and creates a cohesive workspace, which is a major advantage. Easy to use and has great security features. Has many useful tools like documents, messages and calendars. Provide end to end encryption and other great security features. Easy to create an account and features are easy and nice to use. Cons As of right now, I don't have anything to complain The mobile app does not support all the features that the desktop interface has, but it is still good enough. Some features are currently missing from the mobile app. Overall design of the main menu could be improved. Interface is a bit plain. Fonts and size of text could be improved. Sharing documents outside the tool is difficult.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The signature management module is very useful since it allows to standardize the corporate signature by adding gifs, links to social media and so on This tool is highly useful in multiple ways. Features such as dynamic groups, organization-wide signatures, and internal email deletion save us hundreds of hours and prevent potential human errors. The platform is remarkably intuitive and brings much-needed unified control to Google Workspace. Instead of hunting through scattered, disconnected menus in the native Google Admin console, ToogleBox brings everything together into a single, clean dashboard. ToogleBox is a very useful and complete tool. I especially like the features it includes, such as Email Recall, which adds significant value and helps improve control and efficiency in daily operations. That emails can be archived and retrieved if/when needed from a secure location. I am not a superadmin user so my rights are limited to archiving and company signature adjustments. Cons Tooglebox lacks user signature restrictions, letting non-admins bypass admin control making it flawed The user interface could be more organized and better designed Because the platform packs so many different tools and features, a single administrator can easily get a bit lost in all the options at first. Fortunately, this is mitigated by the ability to delegate specific functions and roles to other team members, making it easy to share the workload without compromising security. The main area of opportunity is the user interface. While the tool has strong functionality, the interface is not as user-friendly or intuitive as it could be. A more modern and easier-to-navigate design would improve the overall user experience. I am unable to comment on this as ToogleBox serves my current role.
