Pros: I have been with InMotion for about four years. I am thrilled with the services that I received.

I believe their customer service is fantastic, which is one reason I stay; I know I can find hosting cheaper elsewhere, but the customer service keeps me with them.

Cons: Love all for now! So far, I cannot complain at all. If there was an issue, i would say.

Pros: I have three accounts on slightly different packages with inMotion. They all provide the maximum benefits for the monthly costs. I've only had issues on one account with the auto installation of the free SSL certificates. Their support system is responsive and effective.

Cons: I have one account with about 24 domains attached. The auto SSL doesn't always update for each of the domains. Because InMotion does this update once a month, and at a different time of the month for each domain, I don't know it is an issue until my client contacts me. InMotion's SSL tool fixes the problem quickly, but it would be nice to either have the SSL renew once a year or have them renew at the same time each month so they could easily be monitored.

Overall: My experience with InMotion has been very positive. As I have stated, the customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Pros: Sites are always up when we need them. Great 7x24 technical support. Wide range of web and application expertise. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are running at maximum efficiency.

Cons: It would be nice if all domains had their own root in the www file system. There is one root domain in the file system and the root files for all other domains are below the main root.

Overall: Every time over the last 6 years I've had a problem with one of my websites, InMotion support is available 7x24 to diagnose and fix the issue, even those created by my inadvertent changes to the site. They've restored from backups, rolled back versions. Things that would have taken me time to learn in just minutes.

Pros: UP time is virtually 100% the very few times I had issues or questions, they were promptly and satisfactory solved.
The fact their cost are low is another plus, is it not?

Cons: Nothing at the moment comes to mind as a negative.

Overall: Excellent service I would only repeat it works well, reliable, low cost and many options should I wish to do more.

Pros: I switched from one of the "big boys" in hosting to InMotion Hosting - this was now years ago. I've stayed because their service is fast, reliable AND when I have a question, they are THERE TO HELP (and often go above and beyond.) A truly superior company.

Cons: None.

Pros: Is the best support that I know.
Efficient cpanel.
Can have different servers sellers, VPS, dedicated with a same account and can be administrator in different panels and in independence form.

Cons: It's a little expensive but it's the best hosting service that I ever used.

Overall: Is expensive but each detail in the client service is efficient.
In 10 years, I only experience 3 o 4 times lost connection for a few hours in my servers.

Pros: Unwavering reliability, excellent control panel packed with an array of tools and software applications as well as very competitive pricing.

Cons: I don't have any suggestions for improvement. The services, support, tools and applications provide everything I need.

Overall: InMotion Hosting isn't just a hosting provider; it's a partner in success. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch hosting services.

Pros: I've really enjoyed working with dedicated server support, they've helped me so much when I was in a bind (and I am truly grateful). I haven't had much need for triage because their products are well built and work as promised... plus, I'm not doing crazy things to "break stuff". Highly recommend their dedicated services for servers.

Cons: I was charged once more money over a couple of months without knowing it was going to happen, there was a price increase without warning. They did, however, correct the issue and ultimately I ended up going with a newer product that was less expensive than holding onto my legacy package. So that may be a downside, they'll up-charge you when they want you to move to a new product they're pushing (and you're on an old legacy product they want to get rid of and not support anymore).

Overall: Great value for the money, I love that they're not spammy and answer all my questions when I call in. They've been pretty quick thus far, longest request I had was a server migration (it was quicker to do it myself vs wait for their team to have time to do it... they have a lot more customer now then before).

Pros: Super friendly and helpful tech support team. I've had to approach them a couple times when changing pcs and forgetting how to set everything up.

Cons: Not happy with the interface for the emails. They were helpful in getting me set up in Windows Mail, but now that I see we're forced to move to Outlook, and I've heard it doesn't support many email addresses.

Overall: The tech support is everything for this not-so-technical website owner. Good pricing, and automated billing.

Pros: Hosting's amp is practical, very easy to use. Offers are great for non-profits. Most of all, tech support is very responsive. Chat and emails are very well responded to, especially if there are issues. Among other hosts we use, InMotion Hosting is our top 1.

Cons: A bit pricey, especially after the initial offers but has to be manageable eventually if planned out the sustainability after the three-year initial purchase.

Overall: Very helpful reps, service is always up, secure, and easy to use for newbies. All the needs are on here so no need to worry about setting up sites.

Pros: For some years I have been using InMotion Hosting, with a very good experience. They are very helpful every time that I need support.

Cons: Perhaps need more support IT as not to wait much, since at time I can be on the phone for over 5 minutes.

Overall: I am happy to have my website with them even if at time needs to wait for someone to help me, but once this happens they are very friendly and helpful.

Pros: If I were going to define the very top standard of service, I would start by looking at InMotion Hosting. I'm not trying to just be nice. I was a strategy and turnaround consultant and executive for many years. Their customer service is incredible. There are no "tech egotists" there like with 99% of the other IT firms. They are problem solvers and solution providers.

Cons: The only con is that isn't easy free - but then it would be outstanding.

Overall: InMotion was suggested to me many years ago. The person reviewing couldn't stop raving about them. How often does that really occur? So, I took the plunge. Now I can't stop raving about them.

Pros: As someone who has utilized hosting from In Motion for over 15 years there are an "Excellent with customer service operation on support and sales and service" is very good questions and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Value of hosting is exceptional compared to other hosing company. In motion is a cut above.

Cons: Go back to live help late evenings and weekend.
Offer training on how to use all products available.
Options for little more deeper assistance on commonly used applications like Wordpress and popular plugins.

Overall: Exception and very happy with continuation of In motion hosting beyond the 15 years of excellent service.

Pros: - InMotion has helped me fix back end website errors when I called for tech support.
- Service just works, hosting my low-volume forum website, leaving me to basically ignore the hosting aspect.
- Whenever I do call for any kind of support, the agent is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Cons: Because I so infrequently go to my dashboard, sometimes I have to search for what I am looking for. That's mostly my problem, though.

Overall: Been with InMotion Hosting for years. Very happy hosts my service without annoying me with marketing emails etc.

Overall: In an age of enshittification, InMotion Hosting has had none of that. As a long-time customer, I can say their service is unexcelled in uptime, support, consistent performance, and overall user-friendliness. As an amateur, I am extremely grateful for this.

Pros: 1. The product range offers a fit for almost everyone, at a prices that fit comfortably.
2. The support team is excellent: fast, efficient, professional, caring, knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated problem-solvers.

Cons: In 2023 InMotion reduced its live telephone support availability hours. No longer phone available 24/7 means at nights and on weekends getting support by chat or by filing a service ticket to receive an email response. When I'm overseas several time zones away, getting InMotion's fast phone support is now quite limited during daytime hours and must be carefully planned.

Overall: After a difficult history with several unreliable hosting firms, our experience with InMotion Hosting has been the Holy Grail we have been hoping to find.

Pros: Outstanding service and an easy to use interface that makes it simple and fast to support my systems. It is easy to navigate to where I need to go and I am able to access it on all of my devices. InMotion Hosting provides all the features I need to run my systems effectively and efficiently so I am very happy with their service.

Cons: InMotion Hosting is always responsive so I really don't have any cons. They have solved any issues I have ever had.

Overall: InMotion Hosting has been a dream to work with. Their product and support are outstanding. Working with their team is always a great experience. They have solved every issue I have encountered and, at times, I believe they have provided me service beyond what is within their scope to provide. I am greatly appreciative of everything they have done to keep my systems up and running. I have been with Inmotion for many years now and, even though I have looked at pricing with competitors, I still remain with InMotion Hosting because they have provided me the best service I have ever had. Outside of maintenance I haven't really had any outage issues so they seem to maintain a hardened service on the back-end.
