Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Mail tracking, activity list, none of the other feature claims are accurate of the actual software. Like I said it’s useful. Gives you more control and makes it easier to be getting stuff done. Does technically give you less work and more time so you should and can accomplish more… but not THAT much more and—seems like a lot of pretty simple additions/abilities could be added. My favorite feature is the 30sec mail send delay. How many times have you written and email and hit send only to either regret it immediately or wish you added something to it. I use that feature nearly every day! Cons Floating window that used to be permanently docked but is now always floating over my emails so I cant actually read them. Contacts aren't synced to MacOS contacts? it imports once and then thats it! The automations are so limiting no one would bother using them compared to MacOS built in Shortcuts or automator. Doesn’t really do everything it claims to. Also there’s clearly so many more features it could but doesn’t include, more opportunities for integration to make it more of a one stop shop for your job or business. There were some issues with setting up delayed send messages with Mac Mail but it seems to have worked itself out through updates.		Pros from Real Users Pros The signature management module is very useful since it allows to standardize the corporate signature by adding gifs, links to social media and so on This tool is highly useful in multiple ways. Features such as dynamic groups, organization-wide signatures, and internal email deletion save us hundreds of hours and prevent potential human errors. The platform is remarkably intuitive and brings much-needed unified control to Google Workspace. Instead of hunting through scattered, disconnected menus in the native Google Admin console, ToogleBox brings everything together into a single, clean dashboard. ToogleBox is a very useful and complete tool. I especially like the features it includes, such as Email Recall, which adds significant value and helps improve control and efficiency in daily operations. That emails can be archived and retrieved if/when needed from a secure location. I am not a superadmin user so my rights are limited to archiving and company signature adjustments. There's no way to begin highlighting the advantages of ToggleBox; it's an excellent tool that can be used every day and helps you solve many problems. It's essential for any system administrator, and one of its advantages is that it's always at hand when you need it. We've been using ToogleBox for the past year to manage the signatures and to manage our company directory and internal communication. Real satisfy with the product Simple to use straight forward interface, not cluttered. Excellent customer service support with design and technical issues. Easy to set up multiple email signatures, see previews, edit user information in bulk or individually, quick turn around on questions, create multiple admins as needed, worked with us to make sure the DPA would be compliant for us as an educational institution It is a solution that complements and enhanced an admin work, dynamic groups, signatures and Email search among others are tasks that normally an admin will have to spend hours and constant work to maintain in workspace but ToogleBox acts as an enhancement on those and makes it easy allowing us to use that time in other tasks and trust that those are being handled.
