Support team is great and fast. They've reached out really quickly and gave me couple of options for something I messed up. - High delivery - Easy to use - Smooth interface - Multiple options for composing an email - Automation is awesome & easy - I never wasted time to learn the beautiful software I had an excellent experience chatting with NOBONITA from the MailBluster support team. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She understood what I needed right away and made sure everything worked perfectly. She cares about customers and knows the system inside out. Employees like her make a real difference. I strongly recommend giving her a raise or promoting her to a managerial position—she’s already working at that level. - very low price - tags, segmentation, A/B testing - new improved automation - integration with Make - great customer support Cons Still missing some features like automatic notification emails to forms. Nothing in particular. - More you use more you love - Hard to ignore this software If there’s one small thing to mention, it’s that she takes her time to make sure every detail is right. Some might see that as slow, but I see it as thorough and dedicated service. For this price, nothing. But more advanced staff would be great.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We needed a email marketing platform that didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Mailchimp kept raising their price, so we had to find an alternative. Mailjet does the job at 1/10 the price. Sure you are missing a lot of the bells and whistles since Mailchimp has morphed into a complete marketing platform, but we weren't really using those features anyway. Mailjet is an absolute email marketing platform to give your campaign a professional and reliable place to manage. My favorite thing about Mailjet is its "Email Drip campaign". It's a time saving, automated and helps to schedule emails. Using Mailjet you can easily establish an email campaign. Mailjet helps to achieve a marketing goal. Newsletters are easily designed and customized. Useful reports about user engagement. Cons Lacked certain features, no giphy or built in images. There aren't too many templates either, but it's not that big of a deal. I would more happy if they add more integration and exporting option. It's a perfect email marketing platform. No dislikes.
