Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Affordable price with relatively good amount of features and good costumer service. Shifted all my email marketing to it and I am happy! Support team is great and fast. They've reached out really quickly and gave me couple of options for something I messed up. - High delivery - Easy to use - Smooth interface - Multiple options for composing an email - Automation is awesome & easy - I never wasted time to learn the beautiful software I had an excellent experience chatting with NOBONITA from the MailBluster support team. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She understood what I needed right away and made sure everything worked perfectly. She cares about customers and knows the system inside out. Employees like her make a real difference. I strongly recommend giving her a raise or promoting her to a managerial position—she’s already working at that level. - very low price - tags, segmentation, A/B testing - new improved automation - integration with Make - great customer support Cons Still missing some features like automatic notification emails to forms. Nothing in particular. - More you use more you love - Hard to ignore this software If there’s one small thing to mention, it’s that she takes her time to make sure every detail is right. Some might see that as slow, but I see it as thorough and dedicated service. For this price, nothing. But more advanced staff would be great.
