Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The onboarding process is smooth, and the UI feels modern, lightweight, and easy to understand even for new users. Very clean and simple UI, easy to set up and use. Removes back-and-forth emails for scheduling. Works well for people who do a lot of meetings or client calls. When my calendar changes, I don’t want to re-coordinate everything manually. Lunacal handles availability, prevents overlaps, and keeps bookings consistent even when my week is unpredictable. The automation part is subtle, but it saves me from mistakes. I’ve tried Calendly, TidyCal, and a few others. This one just feels less stiff. My page actually looks like something I’d send to a client. Between lectures, assignments, and part-time work, my schedule is a mess. Lunacal.ai helps me organize my week better—especially with its calendar sync and reminders. I even use it to block ‘focus time’ for studying. Honestly, it’s like having a personal assistant. Cons Some advanced settings require workarounds, which can feel limiting if you need highly tailored scheduling rules. Still evolving, so some advanced customization options are limited. Not as feature-heavy as older tools yet. Occasionally I’ll forget where a specific setting is buried (especially when I haven’t tweaked things in a while). A stronger “search settings” experience would make it faster. Still figuring out how the reminders work. I can see the feature but felt a little complicated The platform has a ton of customization options, which is great—but it took me a bit of trial and error to figure out how to make the booking page look exactly how I wanted. Once I got the hang of it, though, it was smooth sailing
