The tool offers great flexibility from an admin’s point of view – I can easily edit results, fix search errors, and still ensure the customer receives high-quality and relevant results. Their analytics are also a big advantage, helping not just me as an administrator, but also other departments to better understand customer behavior and optimize our content accordingly. Helps to achieve bigger engagement with our clients. Helps them to navigate faster without frustration and saving time on both sides. The tool is easy to implement and personalize. Clear charts on the dashboard make it easy to interpret analytical data. Reports of searches with no results, no clicks and low conversions help in working with the content of the page. Convenient redirection and synonym settings and personalization of the suggester create huge marketing opportunities. The product ensures that we increase sales through both search and referral. Cons - Weighting adjustments can only be done by support and not myself The analytics part, while very useful, has one limitation – the data is only stored for three months. In several languages, it's sometimes tricky with wording or recommended typo replacement Honestly, I haven't noticed any major issues, maybe the only thing is that reports could load a little faster and the icons in the panel look a bit old-school. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We get a lot of praise from our clients about how adaptive the technology is to their requirements and how fast we can deliver results. This is truly an enterprise-grade software able to handle complexity and scale. Unlike many other basic app generators out there, Rierino really makes our lives easier when it comes to large and complex projects. With rapid development, intuitive UIs, and role-based access, it is great for global remote teams and working under time pressure. Rierino CMS is a very flexible platform that can easily adapt to user requests and does not need a lot of manpower or long timelines to do so. It makes my job as a content manager and editor super easy with custom templates, intuitive UI, and workflows. The platform is easy to set up and maintain. We are able to customize it based on our latest requirements and support our business growth. Cons The collaboration so far has been really good and our new feature requests were fully met. I have not experienced anything negative with the platform. It is not one of the most well-known solutions, but support has been great so far. Nothing, I look forward to expanding it to a larger part of our organization. It is not the typical plug-and-play packaged software that small businesses are used to, like Shopify. But, that allowed us to custom-configure many different features to our liking which would’ve taken a lot of investment otherwise.
