Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface can be handled very easily since it is simple to use and also intuitive that facilitates navigation and access to different functions. It also integrates well with other tools like Slack and Teams for seamless communication and reminders. My individual goals can be set and tracked, as well as aligned with my team and company goals. I can also see how my goals support the overall corporate vision and strategy. This helps me stay focused and motivated on what matters most. It allows me to have regular and meaningful 1:1 meetings with my work team. I can create a shared agenda, add notes, action items, comments, and praise. This makes our conversations more productive and collaborative. I also appreciate the ability to review past 1:1s and track my progress over time. It helps and facilitates a smooth and painless performance review process. I can easily write self-reviews, peer reviews, and manager reviews using customizable templates and workflows. I can also access feedback from multiple sources, including goals, 1:1, surveys, etc. This gives me a holistic and accurate picture of my performance and areas for improvement. It is useful because it provides valuable insight into my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges using powerful people analytics tools. I can also see how I compare to others in my role or department using benchmarks and ratings. This helps me identify gaps in my skills and competencies and plan my professional development accordingly. Cons Lattice can sometimes be too repetitive or intrusive with its weekly updates and pulse polls. I understand the importance of tracking my goals and commitment, but I don't always have something new or different to report each week. I wish there was more flexibility or customization in how often or when these features are activated. It doesn't offer much transparency or explanation on some of its models or algorithms. For example, I don't know how you calculate Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Employee Engagement Score (EES). I also don't know how you weight or adjust comments or ratings from different sources. This makes me question the validity or reliability of some of the data or insights that Lattice provides. It could improve its goal editing panel and org chart feature. I find it annoying that every time I add or update a goal the view resets and I have to scroll back to where I was. I also find it difficult to navigate or visualize the org chart as it is not very clear or interactive.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ability to recognize anyone in the company for the great things they are doing. Integration with Microsoft makes it super simple to share feedback/recognitions - I can send Teamflect recognitions without opening the Teamflect app thanks to its integration. Support team is super responsive and they have always gone the last mile to solve our problems. Teamflect worked out of the box & is customizable enough. It helped us set and track our objectives and provided clarity. Teams integration provides easier adoption. We track our OKRs using Teamflect and it makes the whole process simple with its intuitive interface and its integration into Microsoft Teams. My manager likes connecting different OKRs to each other and the feature that lets you relate your OKRs to your Microsoft Teams channels which allows us to track our team OKRs together. We have not used the feedback and recognition piece yet but planning to. It is very-well integrated with Microsoft Teams, and bot notifications are extremely useful. Their Outlook add-in also makes it very easy to use especially when I receive a feedback request, I can simply click the mail and fill the feedback without leaving Outlook. Cons Reporting functionality is only available to paid customers - makes sense to be honest but it would be good to see the reports in free tier. The app sometimes feel slow & laggy. Can't use it in 1-many meetings. The tool was sending too many notifications before the update but it is fixed now as you can change your notification settings for nearly every functionality. It can be a little bit confusing until you figure out how to use
