Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was pretty impressed with all that Lark has to offer. It has a great interface that's easily navigable. The chat interface is pretty cool , with features to reply to chosen messages, and also allows you to 'tick off' conversations that are over. It also has a built-in document sharer to share all sorts of files with your group, complete with comments and private drives. The video calling facility works great even on slow networks. Custom emoji reactions to chats are another feature I love. Lark available on cross-platform. It gives you the best group communication experience. You can do chat, video conferencing, share docs and drive access. From a single platform. Cons I haven't had any major cons for Lark. But the chat interface on video conferences is pretty small, which makes it difficult to navigate through the messages. I'm pretty impressed with Lark app platform. No cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's has easy to understand interfaces. Deploying and implementing on the website is very easy. The customer support is very friendly helps me out every time. Cons Overall it's an outstanding community chat platform for the website.
