Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was pretty impressed with all that Lark has to offer. It has a great interface that's easily navigable. The chat interface is pretty cool , with features to reply to chosen messages, and also allows you to 'tick off' conversations that are over. It also has a built-in document sharer to share all sorts of files with your group, complete with comments and private drives. The video calling facility works great even on slow networks. Custom emoji reactions to chats are another feature I love. Lark available on cross-platform. It gives you the best group communication experience. You can do chat, video conferencing, share docs and drive access. From a single platform. Cons I haven't had any major cons for Lark. But the chat interface on video conferences is pretty small, which makes it difficult to navigate through the messages. I'm pretty impressed with Lark app platform. No cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very effective if used right. Integrations with 3rd party apps. Tangible view of progress across whole organization. Intuitive interface, easy to use, reasonably priced, great customer success team, links company and team objectives seamlessly. Most intuitive UI and fascinating customer care. Russian speaking coach :) Lots of customization and TV dashboard! Cons Can be cumbersome at first, would use with intelligent suggestions given team presets. Even though it's meant to be a directional tool, some literature like weekly check-ins is confusing towards it being a task tracking tool. 1:1 reviews should support other cadences than just weekly. Some bugs but they fix them fast or you just need to refresh your page. Some functions become unavailable if you switch from dashboard to other views like tree view for example. Thats seems strange to me.
