Easy interface and integration to Google, Microsoft Ability to chat, like - set up by administrator per message Mobile first mindset Not heavy on bandwidth Reverse billing ability for data Cons There some considerations which needs to be followed like the implementation process may require thorough planning to ensure optimal usage. Its customization options are limited. Our organization have found the initial setup process & customization option to be somewhat intricate, requiring time & familiarity to navigate effectively.
