Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One of the only large newsletter service providers who offer you the ability to use their physical address as your own. They will then virtually scan and email you anything you receive. A nice way to protect your privacy without paying for an additional service or PO Box. Once you're a paid user, it has some powerful tools for automating your email campaigns. ConvertKit is a great, affordable alternative to the pricier programs such as Mailchimp, offering a way to connect with my readers. Convertkit is a very productive email marketing tool. This platform is my favorite choice to connect with my clients. Analytics and reports are informative. It offers a quick campaign building. This is a great program to use for automations and drip email campaigns. When you connect to your store it works great! Cons This is a very expensive service. ConvertKit costs even more than Mailchimp and far more than MailerLite. I know I said they give you a free virtual mail service above, but having your own PO Box would still come out cheaper. The interface is fairly difficult to learn how to use--much harder than MailerLite, for example. Sadly, it doesn't offer as many bells and whistles as Mailchimp, but for the price, it's well worth it. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. There's nothing that I dislike about it. Really like it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Klaviyo is one of the very software that ticks all the boxes for our customer relationship and marketing automation needs. It helped us to build highly engaging campaigns. It's analytics is very robust, gives us the ability to drop emails to the right subscriber. The user interface is visually clean and appealing. Klaviyo is perfect for any type of business. With it's easy integration with Shopify and automation for order fulfilment and abandoned checkouts. Simple to use interface with many robust features. Can be done at your own will, or have a team behind your email campaigns to maximize returns. Data feels secure and never downtime issues. A powerful email platform, their templates and starter flows are good to get started with initial email sequences. Their editor is pretty good and I like their integrations into Shopify for things like coupon codes, cart abandonment emails etc. Ease of implementing and laying Klaviyo to email marketing procedures was what I first liked. Sending thousands of outbound emails is another great aspect. Cons It supports less platform for integration as compared to other software. Templates can be hard to set up, but once you've learnt how to use the user interface, it can be worked through a breeze. It involves training heavily to get used to what Klaviyo can do. However, there are many training resources to help assist your email campaigns. Can sometimes be a little bit hard to use and setup, but once you understand the nuances it is fine. The platform is expensive based on newsletter subscriber volume as compared to other platforms, in some ways it may be best to hire someone to manage it to get the most value out of it. Pricing is a bit high, although our organization is able to cater for everything.
