Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Karmasoft is very simple to use. There are three panels on the main screen: Student, Class and Product. The teacher can stay on this one screen and manage sign in, sales, student information, and class list. With a simple scroll, your teacher or front desk staff can access student history, which always helps when getting to know a student, or working towards selling a membership package. Support has also been excellent. The developer is accessible and provides help from set up to support. Karmasoft also has advanced back of the house tools to manage and market your business. I am most impressed by the ease of use and efficient design of Karmasoft. It also costs less than some of the big names, but you do not sacrifice performance. We also still use Zoom for online classes, and Karmasoft integrates seamlessly with Zoom. I have tried several management software solutions in the past, but none have been as comprehensive and easy to use as Karmasoft. With Karmasoft, I was finally able to solve many of the problems that have been bothering me for years, such as scheduling classes, managing reservations and payments, and tracking clients. Plus, I love how easy it is to use and how I can customize it to meet the specific needs of my studio. I'm also impressed by its scalability; as my business grows and expands, Karmasoft has proven to be able to grow and adapt with it, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I can continue to rely on it in the future. Karmasoft has revolutionized our ability to effortlessly handle our students' accounts and streamline payment procedures. The reporting capabilities are truly remarkable, granting us immediate insights into the popularity and success of each class. We deeply valued the seamless user experience and the swift responsiveness of the Karmasoft team in promptly resolving any issues that surfaced. I have been impressed by how easy this platform is to use, it offers a large number of functionalities that allow me to manage the study in a very efficient way. For example, the possibility of creating classes and scheduling them on a calendar is a very useful tool that has allowed us to plan study activities very easily. In addition, the platform also offers tools to manage the sale of products and services, which has allowed our clients to buy classes and packages online. Karmasoft is the best tool for managing my yoga classes. It allows me to easily add members, schedule appointments according to their availability, conduct virtual classes during lockdown, and effectively market my offerings. It's a comprehensive and user-friendly solution that has significantly improved my yoga teaching experience. Cons I have occasionally had to wait for support, or reschedule a meeting, but I will say this: The folks at Karmasoft always come through! I can't say this for the other software companies that I have used. Karmasoft provides excellent features and functions, allowing me to schedule and manage classes, track clients, and manage payments and bookings efficiently. In addition, the integration with third-party services such as Mailchimp and QuickBooks has been very helpful for me, as it allows me to manage all my business tools in one place. I also love Karmasoft's ease of use and the excellent customer support I received when I had technical issues. I highly recommend Karmasoft to all yoga studio owners and wellness professionals who are looking for a complete and easy to use solution for managing their business. Educating users can pose challenges as their mindset may require additional attention. A responsive and supportive support team is crucial in addressing this need effectively. I think the platform still has room for improvement in some aspects. For example, I would like the integration with some payment systems to be easier. I am happy with Karmasoft as a user, although I believe the interface could be improved. However, aside from that, I have found the tool to be highly effective and beneficial for managing my yoga classes.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Mindbody has some really great features. You can track attendance, connect to external apps for booking, track revenue, link to emails, marketing and other campaigns. These are all great features. Setting pricing is seamless and allowing for clients to book in and sign up for memberships using that pricing is also seamless. I wish the app had way more features. Most functions are only accessible through a desktop computer, which is fairly impractical. Can be used for daily business in the fitness industry. Available in both desktop web and app so that we can have multiple admin accesses. MINDBODY is a business management software. Online scheduling and booking options are available. Advanced reporting system. Track our sales and progress. Easily accessible. Easy to navigate and understand. Amazing customer support. Seamless to take payments and schedule employees. Pretty well integration. Such a waste of software resources. It's very outdated and is hard to use and set up no matter your business. Cons Because the system is built for so many styles of fitness businesses it offers too many options. The system can be heavy for a small fitness studio. It would be better if the system came pre setup with ideal functionality for your studio. I wish the app was more similar to the desktop site, and had more features. Not easy to reset password, can have bugs at times. Pretty good software. Easy to setup. No dislikes till now. I dislike this software because it's so cookie cutter.
