Karma Compass is web-based board management software for nonprofit organizations. It helps board chairs, executive directors, secretaries, and staff prepare meetings, manage governance records, and follow through on decisions. It organizes board rosters, bylaws, policies, agendas, board packets, RSVPs, quorum, votes, minutes, decisions, and action items. AI tools draft agendas and minutes from records, notes, transcripts, or recordings; authorized users review drafts before they become official. Directors can RSVP, vote, and access materials through email links without accounts. Teams can ask questions about governance documents and view cited passages. A remote MCP connector lets authorized users work with their Compass records through Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex. The free plan allows five meetings per year; Pro adds unlimited meetings and AI assistance, while Enterprise pricing is customized.
