The KNECT IoT infrastructure resides in the cloud acting as a web-based portal control center facilitating fleet management from kiosk registration, storage of critical data used for ongoing management, and event analysis. The KNECT IoT Agent resides on the kiosk and facilitates regular communication between the remote devices on the kiosk and the cloud data repository. The platform provides a secure and extensible foundation for even the most complex self-service applications. KNECT IoT portal permits centralized management of user accounts and communications. The dashboard simplifies profile changes and automates maintenance notifications. User management permits centralized user identity and access management. Users, roles and permission settings are easily defined and assigned within the Administration section. IoT campaigns allow users to opt in or out of notification levels. Users can automate and customize notifications, prioritizing and filtering alerts.

Spiceworks allows you to collect network info from all your client sites (over secure HTTPS), then consolidate and manage it all from one single, convenient spot! After a quick setup in Spiceworks, each of your clients can have their very own custom user portal to submit help desk tickets, and they’ll all get funneled to your central Spiceworks installation. The multi-site help desk management capabilities provide each client with their own Active Directory authentication for security. You can also easily browse all your open help tickets in the same place, auto-assign tickets to your team based on client, create detailed reports, and more! IT’s on the go! Open, close, assign, and even respond to help desk tickets right from your mobile device, all with a few simple text commands. Now you can manage all client requests whether you’re onsite, at lunch, or even on the golf course!
