	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Totally customizable, easy to use, new staff pick the app up quickly after just watching the video! My favorite feature is the app can compare past inspections with new ones! Such a time saver! Single click commenting is handy. Photos snap quickly. Emails are well laid out. Fairly Intuitive interfaces. Cons This only thing I can say that slows us up is the tech forgetting to sign the report, but that is not a software issue. Use of the word us instead of me on the letters to tenants. Could be also said "your property manager".
