	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Vantage Circle has significantly improved our employee engagement efforts. The rewards and recognition module is easy to use and appreciated by employees. The peer-to-peer recognition system fosters a positive work culture, and the range of redemption options through Vantage Rewards is a big plus. The platform also integrates well with our existing HRMS, which helped with a smoother onboarding and adoption process. The wellness challenges and surveys are also great tools to encourage employee participation and gain insights into employee satisfaction. It is easy to use and the features are great. The design and pricing can be enhanced by adding some more vendors/ gift cards. Good and Excellent for use Recommendable for others It is a good initiative to encourage employees. Awarding employees with gift vouchers is something unique idea. No platform specific limitation on usage, which makes this the best gift card in the category. Easy to redeem. Cons Some employees outside metro cities mentioned that certain gift card options weren’t applicable in their regions, so more localized benefits would be welcome. Nothing so specific that I hated in this product. However, as mentioned the design and pricing can be enhanced by adding some more vendors/ gift cards. No cons for Vantage Circle. Extremely helpful Not applicable. I don't find any cons with this card and the process to redeem.
