Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Influitive has been a leader in this space and provides tons of thought leadership and guidance on how to build and manage an effective advocacy and engagement program. Additionally, they deliver webinars and materials to keep administrators "on their game" throughout the year and highlight the successes of their customers. The tool itself is relatively flexible to meet individual needs (can turn features on & off, sign-on feature options, etc.) and has enough pre-baked content to get you going. The Influitive team is also highly responsive, whether to smaller technical questions or larger strategic ones. - Intuitive user interface. - Has saved us so much time trying to identify advocates - Super quick and helpful support (both CSM and support team) - It feels like they really listen to their customers and the feedback they are given. - Overall an incredible and helpful platform. You can really grow an advocacy program with this tool. I like the gamification and automation of rewards. The UX is really nice and you can now do more with branding your hub. Some of the new features are super helpful - like lenses, to be able to see exactly what the hub looks like in the eyes of your customer - this was lacking before. Influitive allows my company to have a customer-driven space for our most active and excited clients to promote our products. Customer service is incredible. Influitive is a great way to organize and empower your organizations top customers, and to keep them happy and engaged. This pool of customers is the best resource for many things from product feedback to references and Influitive helps make it all happen. Cons Integrations can be difficult to work with, so if that's important to you, get your technical folks involved before making a decision. - There are some minor feature upgrades that we could get faster but working for a software company, I know that product updates can take time. The support has been lacking in the past, however, I have noticed significant improvements in the past year. The account management teams seem more customer-oriented as well. Running 2 hubs from one instance proves challenging - the UI of the admin side of the hub makes managing challenges difficult, visually. The custom reporting is complicated. Influitive is constantly re-evaluating features, putting out beta testing, and growing with feedback. Not much to say for cons - there are little issues that come up, but Influitive is pretty good about listening to customer feedback.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I used Surkus to claim 3 offers in their offers section. I have yet to try their events as Coronavirus has gotten in the way of that. So far the three products I received have all been high quality. Their UI is simple and straightforward. I have been checking their app once a day now to see if there are any new deals, I'm hooked. I've even got my girlfriend and good friend to sign up as well. Cons The premise of their offer feels a bit weird at first, but I ended up feeling much more comfortable after I got the first product and went through the workflow for the first time. It's simple enough and legitimate so I will keep using it to find offers that I like.
