I like how easy it is to use and allows users to stay on top of their game. Zendesk Sell is an ultimate Sales CRM for small and medium-sized businesses. - Increases the visibility of the sales pipeline. - Helps to capture every lead. - Allows smartly ways to convert the lead into customers. - Robust Reports on Sales and Marketing. - User-friendly interface, usage-based customizations. Zendesk sell is a very impactful CRM for managing sales, leads and interaction with customers. It increases the visibility to search and manage every leads we usually lost before. the main home screen is combined with all functions. Zendesk Sell software enhance productivity for sales team. Its tools are specially built for sales team. It helps in analysing deal data. It's very simple to use and understand. Easily drag and drop the dashboard. We can prioritize our customers and prospects using sell software. Ultimately it has improved our sales productivity. This is a great tool for keeping clients organized so we can organize our deals better. It also integrates with Zendesk ticketing very easily. Cons It's expensive compared to other competitors and doesn't provide communication tracking like email opens, clicks, etc. Overall it was good but I don't like its lead manager. I would more happy If they add better reporting. It has improved our sales productivity. Highly recommended software. The on boarding process is not quite as intuitive as I'd like.
