	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have a large customer base, a critical incident that isn’t handled effectively in time can affect our business. With Squadcast we could manage incidents in much more organised and productive way. Cons Not much, configuration can use some redesign. Its hard to find some settings sometimes.
