About

HyperDial is a complete AI-powered cloud phone system built to lift connect rates and turn more calls into revenue. It pairs a global directory of local & toll-free numbers with local-presence dialing, automatic number rotation, and AI number-health monitoring that rests numbers before carriers flag them as spam. Predictive, auto, power and parallel dialers keep reps talking, not waiting, with automated follow-ups, voicemail drop, call scheduling and dispositions. A browser-based softphone (WebRTC) handles inbound and outbound calls, alongside IVR, smart routing, queues, forwarding, recording, transfers and conferencing. Real-time dashboards plus call, user and number reports track connect rates and team performance. Native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Slack and Zapier, with an open API and webhooks, sync every call automatically. GDPR-aligned, encrypted and role-based from day one.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Fair priced, fast setup, good features. SMS features are a simple and great value add. Setting up new trunk and adding DIDs takes minutes.
  • Affordable. Easy to use. Scalable. Ability to set caller id to any of our numbers on the fly. Automatic processing of service changes. Easy to access support via email or instant message.
  • Pay-as-you-go; excellent customer service; clear calls; all the features and more of legacy phone companies. Great for both business and home lines.
  • There are more products and menus within VoIP.ms to configure, exactly what's required for business communications needs. Just looking at a small part of the inbound, having 1-800 numbers, different location offices & local numbers, multiple IVR reception, hunting/ ring groups, very typical. More so now with the hybrid workforce. Any location incl. home offices can be part of a seamless company wide telephone system.
  • Self serve portal. Easy Customization of sub accounts / DIDs Reseller interface. Low per-minute prices. Lots of "free" features to add to a phone system. (Voice Mail, IVR, SMS, etc...)

Cons

  • No shared/ multi logins - so managing with a team is difficult.
  • No flat rate outbound available. Better API documentation needed.
  • Rare but occasionally for my home must restart router to reestablish service when it is lost. Have not had this issue on the business system.
  • More to learn but worth it.
  • It's getting harder to open new VOIP.ms accounts for people I want to setup directly with VOIP.ms instead of setting them up under me as a client.
