Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros File organization was intuitive. API integration within Salesforce. Notes and activities are transparent. Drag and drop uploading of files. We apply a very high-performance self-management document process to encourage stewardship and preservation of resources. I like Huddle because I can edit, archive, share and disseminate files as needed. I like it very much; it is a more efficient software in the whole document network development. I love that Huddle is intuitive and easy to use; it provides an environment where I can work on individual tasks or with my team very quickly and effectively. It has features and resources that promote internal and external collaboration; it helps us sync our tasks and projects. Makes previous versions of your files available. Usability is excellent, and there are no support or interface error problems. Manages email documents very well; no room for inbox clutter. It works perfectly, and I have no issues whatsoever. Huddle works great for collaboration for teams. It is secure and seems to work efficiently as well. I would recommend it. Cons The UI is a ‘busy’ and I can see that being overwhelming for a new user. The price of Huddle is the only problem; it is not suitable for small companies because of its high cost. So far, I haven't had any dislikes using this tool; I love how much it supports our task, project, and file management. It is excellent for organizing assignments and keeping work teams productive within the same platform. Its functions and proper operation make everything easier for teams to ensure success in their work. It is outstanding and works well for competitive performance. It works very well with operating systems. No cons to Huddle that I can see. Seems to work fine.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best option I liked is its file share option. It allows transferring of files between teams and clients. Its cloud storage provides a high grade of security for files/documents. The whole team can stay and manage files on Onehub. Allows customization in the sign-in page according to business. Save hard disk space by improving synchronization functions. Sufficient storage space for all types of documents. Feedback within the work team is attributed to excellent tools that provide collaboration capabilities. Back up to protect all important documents in all situations. This is very useful for backing up all my documents and storing all my information securely, as it allows us to exchange and transfer important documents. I like that it can be integrated with many tools and there will be OneHub where it is needed. It is integrated into the cloud with a large storage space, and this feature can be extensively managed by organizing all the work in folders. This is also the one-stop shop to ensure that every project is done collaboratively and every staff member can use it to produce videos and important documents. OneHub is a time-saving tool, it gives us secure file storage where any authorized staff can access or share the files. The interface makes it a very easy and hassle-free platform for storing files. Also very handy for remote employees. OneHub makes team collaboration possible with remote file sharing. Its user interface is super intuitive. I liked its file settings to auto authenticate user, who can access and others can't. It allows limitless file sharing. Sharing a large file with our remote employee was always a tough thing to do. But after having Onehub in our business we can send limitless files to any employees without compromising security and much effort. It offers great numbers of setting to ease access and file approval. Cons Till now I haven't found any downside when using Onehub. The quality of the previews is poor, and the idea of the previews is to view them without downloading them, but this is not the case. You need to download them to see better image quality. This can be a very high cost in relation to the operating cost of a small business. It needs better automation on scheduled data backup. Never faced any problems in sharing files. Go for it. None. No cons to share. It's my favorite tool for file sharing.
