Pros from Real Users Pros Good enough experience for the core product; does the job properly - so can't complain about any of that It is simple to track time or hours spent by employees when working using Hubstaff. Again, it is simple to generate payrolls or rather pay employees using accurate time tracking data. It a reliable tool for employees attendance and leave leave management. Hubstaff is really easy to use and user friendly software, definitely easy to navigate. I also love the productivity features, including the badges and the productivity percentages. I've used other software in the same niche and nonetheless other ones are not so stable and user friendly. It tracks every activity of the employee that happened on their computer. Helps to improve productivity in remote employees. Also, I can track the time spent on projects. Without admin permission, it can't be disabled. Lightweight and doesn't slow down the computer. Tracking capabilities, flexible price setting based on projects, very quick support response times, unlimited project viewers at no cost. I like the simplicity of Hubstaff's usage. I also like that it works both on PCs and Mac. Additionally, it gives good value for its price. And most of all, I like how the company is improving the product and adding more and more features to it. 1. Easy to use 2. Saves time 3. Increase productivity 4. Value for money This is why i like Hubstaff. Great way to track teams hours, deal with expenses and get a good overview of what is happening in your business. I would highly recommend this service. -Very robust features, even with the free version -Easily switch my timer from one task to the other as I need to jump from project to project throughout the day -Can track in the system what rate I'm charging each client (no more searching old emails to see agreed-upon rates) -Very easy to run reports and filter what I need -Lets me create a huge number of projects and easily archive the ones I no longer need - Easy integration onto your computer - Makes tracking hours and productivity seamless - Simple to track pay for each employee - Interface is easy to use and easy to change if need be		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Paycor has very few Pros. In fact I cannot think of a single one. I guess one advantage is that their product line ONLY deals with HR. Heaven help us if they start building software to run healthcare, airlines or systems essential for maintaining human life. The use of Paycor makes it easier for me to improve the efficiency of payments to workers, it reduces those problems that arise when fulfilling a work obligation and I save time to fully concentrate on other areas of the company to have a good labor control as a representative. On the other hand, this software helps me to have a good personnel management, I achieve assertive solutions in the control of human resources, and, above all, in the payroll payments that I make every fifteen days, this integral payment saves me time and that currently I do not do it manually but automatically through Paycor. Another point in favor of this software is that in addition to having a very innovative interface, it is also very friendly, because it helps you and guides you step by step with the functions that you want to execute, therefore, all the activities that you carry out through Paycor will be completed successfully. I like that the Paycor system is very fast, the moment I enter to make a payment for the company, I do it easily and leave quickly, it is a very direct software. Likewise, it is an advantage that the employee data is in one place, it is much easier to obtain it when you need information from an employee. And, finally, that it manages the hours of the employees seems to me to be a great benefit for the company, and for me to be able to manage the good control of the workers, so, before sending the comprehensive payroll, the hours worked of each are first verified. worker and then send the payment. I have made good benefits for the company using this software, I work faster and save a lot of time, I am glad that I got a multi-functional software. Cons 1) It's buggy 2) Customer support is lacking - Paycor employees know less about Paycor than the customers. 3) Customer support is non responsive. I would like the guidelines and the steps to follow that this software offers for its proper execution to be improved to meet the objectives that we set for ourselves. Paycor manages the workers well, but I would also like to be able to put a description of each worker, also, all the objectives and functions that each worker has should be tracked to know if they fulfill their daily activities. If Paycor had weekly reports, this would make it a better software, with the weekly reports I can observe the weekly development and administration of the company, I can know if each worker has fulfilled their function and their working hours, but, above all, everything, if we have fulfilled the objectives that we set ourselves each week, likewise, with these reports we can solve the problems that have arisen in the company and we can look for solutions to them, in the same way I can establish weekly meetings to analyze said reports and ask the staff how we can improve, and so, every week we set goals to meet to become better. Something that annoys me a bit about this software is that it takes a long time to terminate an employee in this system, I have to try to make the request daily from the moment the staff is withdrawn so that they can completely remove it from the system, this it brings with it certain problems to my statistics, because it is treated as if the employee were still working and then I always have to cancel the payment and their functions. Another thing that bothers me is that the support team is very slow, they take days to answer the questions I have, and this delays certain activities that go together with Paycor.
