HappySat is a customer feedback platform built for MSPs that streamlines both CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys through integration with PSA tools. It captures client feedback via a four-smiley-face CSAT system for everyday tickets, projects, and onboarding, while NPS surveys measure overall satisfaction. It provides real-time reporting and alerts, enabling MSPs to celebrate successes and promptly address negative responses. Seamless embedded survey functionality (via snippet code) works with major PSA systems, such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya BMS, Halo PSA, Syncro, and RepairShopr, making setup quick and centralizing feedback within existing workflows. HappySat can be used standalone or as part of Invarosoft’s Stack Saver bundles, offering comprehensive feedback collection and analysis in one platform.

About
Scopable is a cloud-based (SaaS) quoting and assessment platform for managed service providers (MSPs). It integrates with the systems MSPs already run (ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Microsoft 365, Azure, Pax8, Ingram Micro, IT Glue) and pulls live client data: endpoints, configurations, security posture, and 365 tenant details.
From that data it runs automated assessments, scoring each client environment, flagging security and compliance gaps, and building a prioritized technology roadmap with cost projections. The roadmap feeds a quoting engine that generates margin-protected proposals using the MSP's own pricing, with automated labor and hardware estimates that update as scope changes.
Proposals are delivered through a client portal with e-signature, syncing back to the PSA. The platform also includes natural-language client queries, CRM records, GRC tracking, and workflow automation. Currently in limited early-access release.
