I can have my team SOPs all in one area and I can also allow or block my team from seperate files. - easy to use - great chrome extension - flexible - now has added AI functionalities - roadmap and support by the team Guidejar has streamlined our onboarding process, making it easier for users to understand our product quickly. The ability to create interactive tutorials has also reduced support queries and improved user engagement. AI Assist is pretty handy. Blur Feature is good. The ease of adding and deleting screens are great. Breeze to capture mouse movements. Intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for teams to adopt. AI-powered features like Translate and Voiceover save time and enhance content quality. Seamless integration with existing tools and systems. Robust search functionality that makes finding guides quick and efficient. Excellent customer support with prompt resolutions. Cons Haven't found anything i do not like. It has been very easy and helpful - none, this is very good solution - if i have to add one is the new AI credit system Guidejar only allows to export videos less than 2 mins. Nothing as of now. Have been using from last 6 months only. Limited offline access; an offline mode would be a great addition. Advanced features might require a bit of a learning curve for non-technical users. Customization options for branding could be more flexible.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I sent the work on [7-5-25] and it’s been over 2 months with no reply from this company side. This is really unprofessional. Before getting the work they were quick to respond, but after delivery they have completely gone silent. Opus is a great guide solution for sharing processes with internal or external stakeholders. The creator guide is fairly rich both in terms of word processing capabilities and adding multimedia, including video and doc files. - Super easy - Chrome plugin - AI Features - several customization choice - Easy to share - Automation feature - Analytic Cons Reputation Damage, Word spreads quickly in freelance and professional communities. There is nothing not to like. It works exactly as advertised out of the box. Some feedback I have to take it to the next level: Please consider tweaking the Ui?UX to make it more modern look & feel Is there a way we can integrate GPT 4/Claude using our own keys to expand upon the process? - Wish there was more arrow pointing options in the document.
