Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In Google Docs I like that you have the ability to add things on tho help you with grammar and stuff. I also like how easy it is to use. Google Docs is tightly integrated in the Google Apps ecosystem making it easy to manage, share and backup documents. Google Docs easily handles basic correspondence, document creation and editing. The ability to share and work on a document at the same time is very helpful. The ability to create and save Templates is very helpful for common tasks. Google Docs on Chromebooks is just as usable as on a desktop unlike Office365. - The fact that it is cloud based makes it so much easy to access and edit from anywhere without having to backup so many files. (+) Easy to use and adapt. (+) Powerful recommendation system for layouts and designs. (+) Online collaboration with multiple stakeholders, one can be edit, read access, multiple people can work at a time. (+) One can export the file into desired formats like pdf, doc, text. (+) Autosave of document really helps when there are power cuts or internet outages. I love that it is basically the same thing as Microsoft Word, but it is free, makes documents easily shareable, and saves them to your drive. Cons The inability to make it dark mode. And also the inability to change background colors. Google Docs does not manage images as well as Microsoft office. This is important when creating documentation and forms with integrated images. Google has made great strides with "Track changes" features, but Microsoft Word has a more robust system for tracking and accepting changes. - The web version of Google Docs has not facility to even create folders etc. for organizing the documents better. (-) Completely dependant on the internet in cases of online collaborations. (-) Sometimes editing becomes too hard because of the online recommendation. (-) Affects productivity in collaborations. I sometimes have issues with the formatting, and when re-opened in another platform it will extend onto a second page, etc.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Taskade has really helped our team collaborate more efficiently on projects and task completion. I love the communication features such as chat and calling. Also, one of the best things about it is the ability to view any project under different views such as board view or simple document view. Or even calendar view! There is a ton of flexibility as well in being able to format it however works for you or your team. Think of it as a much simpler and easy to use version of Notion. I really like the mind-mapping tool. Free version is pretty good on its own, and paid version is really affordable. There's mobile, desktop, and browser versions, which means your team of people can access it no matter what. I haven't found any glitching on the PC version. There's some templates available for you to download. You can make calls and organize everything pretty easily. It's really simple to use an easy to download. There's no learning curve with this, which is great if your team includes people who are less tech savvy. Taskade is a very handy collaborate task management tool. It offers great power to the team to manage remotely. You can also host meetings, User-interface is intuitive. Team chat is great. #1- Instant messaging communication option for remote teams. #2- Best task organizer and project planner platform. #3- Easy to Collaborate and track work progress. #4- Intuitive tasks adding option. Very easy to use and same to create task and notes. The app is very clean and organized. It's very easy to edit the added tasks. Just single click needed to add members on task. Cons The one downside of using this platform is the lack of third party integration. Other project management tools such as Trello allow for a ton of third party integrations to make your workflow a lot easier. You can set up some integrations through Zapier, but having direct third party integration with a lot of platforms would make this tool even better. Aesthetically, it feels like it needs work. You can tell that it was designed more for a mobile users than use on a computer, just by the way it looks. I think it needs some updating visually. I assumed the "apps" section on the website might lead to some apps it can connect with, but it's just the download page showing what devices/computers you can use it on. Not really a problem with the software, but probably should be renamed. I haven't gotten the templates to work quite right. Nothing you share about cons. Worked great for me. #1- No cons, We had an overall positive experience with the Taskade. Not every app is perfect for everyone, this app lacks many integration options.
