Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros No pros. I can’t get anyone to return my calls or emails after being in touch for a month. I was told my problem would be resolved but now I’m being dodged. Nothing about this company is good. They promise the moon and give you mud. Do not use them! They make you sign a contest but then they don’t hold up their end of the contract but won’t let you out. Can't think of one yet. It's been over a month since signed up and nothing is complete to give a pro. Its an amazingly professional website builder. It provides top to bottom website customizations to select from its pre-built designs. Easy to deploy SEO tool and make an appealing business website. Easy to use, easy to setup, affordable, works on mobile, good for non-technical users, everything we need Cons They’ve lied to me. They won’t respond to my calls or emails. I was promised support and help getting my online presence optimized. They developed a marginal webpage for my business, helped me download their app and I have not heard from them since. I never should have left townsquare! Beware when listening to these people!!! Horrible website, Poor customer service, one year contract. It's an outstanding professional websites builder. None so far. We had a lot of problems before GoSite because we are not very technical so managing reviews and our website and local listings online was challenging. Not anymore. GoSite is great for our local business	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros A great feedback tool that saves you time and effort. It's like a custom-made solution - you can configure it exactly how you want. I love all the different campaigns we can monitor. The reporting and alerts are super helpful for our customer service staff. ReviewInc has a rich data set. It is fantastic at its primary capability of reviews management. It is also allows has great reporting, workflows, automations, API's and even appointment scheduling. Of all the reviews platforms ReviewInc collects more reviews than any other. Their emails get into the inbox and their SMS system is highly effective. It's extremely user-friendly. But when I do need help, the team is always there to jump in! When setting up a new client, I love that the system searches for existing review sites. And the word clouds are helpful to show our clients a visual of where their reputation stands. ReviewInc has helped us balance the playing field against rogue negative reviews. In our industry, we are virtually helpless to defend ourselves against unfair, unreal and bogus reviews. Of course, we have legitimate unhappy customers, but that is a tiny fraction of our patients who absolutely love us and our work. With ReviewInc, we are able to find out about legitimate complaints more quickly and help rectify the situation. Cons High price, i didn’t find any more cons, i recommend it. I wish there was a way we can import our own templates for the emails we send out. The system is rich in many features. It takes some time to learn all the ins and outs of the program. No cons, really! The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to be able to respond directly to ALL reviews within the system. Right now I can only respond to Google and Facebook reviews within the platform and have to go to Yelp, Mapquest, etc. to respond to those. I am going to speak with them shortly because some of their analytics are not quite correct. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.
