	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros HoneyBook is where it’s at. I love HoneyBook for all of its features, including contracts with digital signing options, invoicing, scheduling, workflows, and also knowing where each client is at in the booking process. I love how it helps me manage all my projects in one place. It keeps my clients emails, brochures, invoices, Etc all organized in their project which is all accessible with a client web link too. I like how it's easy to use and very efficient when doing business fast and easy. Seamless experience for the client. Easy to receive payments. I feel more organized as a business owner. I love how everything is in one place and I can easily access information from my phone. I am constantly using the app and the email features, which I love! Cons I don’t like that you can’t schedule and then automate a project and file. I wish my clients could schedule and then book all at the same time. I would also like to see a sales page option! There could be a few more customization options when it comes to fonts and font color. But they listen to their customer feedback and frequently update features. Sometimes it's stops working and I don't know why. Hard to first learn how to use SmartFiles. They take out a credit card fee, which is understandable. I wish I could customize my files a little more to make them fit my brand.
