Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. Cant think of anything. Cons Highlighting: Stefan. When explained his answer was too vague, he decided to throw it back at the customer and say "oh well your answer is too vague..." Then copy and pasted the same answer. I mean, talk about cheap crappy service. No updates on open tickets. Cases open for months and no resolution. Their ticketing system sucks. They seriously need to consider or go on some training to learn how to respect customers.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to set up and use. Love the ability to share with my staff. Multiple administrators is also a plus. We have found this valuable in managing a shared meeting room amongst tenants. Making it easy for them to book and check when it is available for them to meet with their own clients. Skedda is really easy to use which I feel is the best feature. Even those who are not great with technology, have no problems using the software. Its also very pleasing to the eye with a clean and simple feel and look! Shows the courts that are booked that day when you log in. Very easy to set up & use. All our members manage to register with ease. Great features - like repeat bookings - which our members use a lot. The free version lets you get up and running, booking multiple spaces and being able to plan ahead. Its so simple to use. The system is excellent. It is super easy to use and has all features we require for our business. The customer service is top-notch, and their helpfulness and speed are brilliant. We started using Skedda a few years ago to coordinate the use of our meeting rooms. Before using Skedda, it proved impossible to avoid double-bookings. Since implementing Skedda, our office is harmonious once again! The ability to manage our staff and their associated booking permissions is second to none. We thought the different rules we have in place might be beyond the capabilities of an online platform however, Skedda is highly customisable!
